How does delivery work at Flowers4Mijas?

Flowers4Mijas delivers flowers, gift baskets, cakes, gifts, wine, chocolates, preserved roses, plants, dried flowers, silk flowers, beauty products, and perfume worldwide through local florists, suppliers, and courier partners. Availability depends on delivery location and selected date. Order tracking and updates are available via the Flower Portal.

Is same-day delivery available?

Yes, same-day delivery is available in many countries, depending on location, product type, and order time. Availability and cut-off times are shown after entering the delivery address and date.

Can I choose a delivery time?

Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Some locations allow AM or PM delivery selection, but time slots may not be honoured during peak periods.

What information is required for delivery?

A full recipient name, complete physical address, and local phone number are required. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in failed delivery.

Do you deliver to hotels, hospitals, or public institutions?

Yes, delivery is possible but not guaranteed. Orders may be left at reception or with authorised staff. Once accepted, the order is considered delivered and is not refundable.

What happens if the recipient is not available?

If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery may be left with an authorised person or redirected to a local pick-up point. This is considered successful delivery.

What should I know about cake delivery?

Cakes are freshly made to order and are non-refundable once dispatched. Delivery failures caused by recipient issues are not refundable. Images are for reference only.

What happens during holidays and peak periods?

During peak dates, substitutions may be made and deliveries may occur 1-2 days later if required. Overall style, quality, and value are always maintained.

How do cancellations work?

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with the order number. Local florist deliveries require at least 48 hours notice. Courier-delivered products may be dispatched up to 7 days before delivery and cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

How can I track my order?

Customers can log in to the Flower Portal on Flowers4Mijas to view order status, delivery notes, and confirmations.
